Leadway Care is an innovative semi-independent placement provider which specialises in supporting young people between the ages of 16-18 years old and preparing them for independent living by equipping them with the necessary life skills. We work on the basis of being a “good parent” – providing structure, support, encouragement and guidance together with emotional warmth. 

Our staff provide positive role models for the young people we support. We work, where appropriate, with the young person’s family in order to assist in improving relationships and actively support them to maintain the positive links in their lives. We also liaise with external agencies to support the work carried out with young people.
